Check-Out FAILURE due to missing data that's NOT MISSING

I offer my “members” a “free” trial subscription – as a separate “membership level” from the possible paying ones. For the first time, I had a trial subscriber attempt to go from trial to paying before his trial expired, and he couldn’t check out – because the system claimed that his “company field” was missing. That info was required when he signed up for his free trial – and we could both see that it was there. The only way for me to enable him to purchase his subscription was to completely delete his record and have him start over. (Which is what happens when trial subscribers allow their trials to lapse and come back in as paying subscribers). Can you please make certain that this issue is addressed in the June 21st upgrade. Or tell me what may be wrong now?
