  • Hey all, I finished my site with wordpress (DUH!) and since I am bored right now and I wanted to check out the community here.

    My site does not really have too much, it is more of a portfolio since I was using it to applying to another design firm.

    So please check out my site so my google analytics does not look so empty. Haha! ??

  • layout looks good!

    one thing I would think about: change your A: to have same color background as, well the background. The effect on a:hover is fine, though it didn’t strike me that way at first, but to each their own- but you can add to your css a <h?> for your links with a background declaration or you can edit the A: itself.

    Also at teh bottom of the page the links that are in finer print are all but impossible to read when hovering, and too small to see otherwise…

    all in all though you did a good job!

    It’s an attractive site overall. I do think the roll over links under About and Catagories are a little clunky, not matching anything else. And there’s a “stay” versus “say” typo in the first few sentences on your about page. (I’m way better at proof reading then designing pages!)

    I’m enjoying browsing through the WP pages posted here and yours is really nice.

    Yea, I need to work on the side bar links a bit better. Luckily I brought home my web design books from my office today so I now can have the leisure of looking at them for better examples.
