check out page not working

a few days ago i made the update to cart66 lite 1.5.1.2.
now when you proceed to checkout the cart goes to a https page instead of the http page for the check out.
which displays a meta tag reference
<META HTTP-EQUIV=”Refresh”…
how can i get the cart to checkout to the http page?
