Check out page not loading

My woo commerce shop looks great and people can order and see their items in the cart, but for some reason https://www.envision.tv/Checkout will not load. I can see the page when I look at pages in word press and can even edit if I wanted to. But it does not load for some reason.

Any ideas to fix it would be really appreciated.
