Check out via e-mail

Hi!

Is there any option in checkout that offer is sent to me only via e-mail (I don’t need PayPal, card, and all other options)?
Entrance on a website is like guest, so when products are into cart people can write name, address, phone and email. I get order via email and by copy pasting of order I can create accounting and send it personally to them.

Do I have to buy some add-on to a free WooCommerce plugin?
