Checkout page field not responsive. Can’t load card data.

  • HELP! My store is shut down.

    I just updated to latest version of WC and PP for WC plugin. I also allowed WC database update. Now when I go to checkout, the PP for WC section of checkout page won’t allow any clicks or activity. Can’t select card vs PP, can’t enter card #’s, can’t checkout.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    I did follow standard troubleshooting procedures for WP and I believe the problem is within the base PayPal js somewhere. In my case when the CDN is enabled the checkout page becomes partially greyed out. The “Your Order” overview along with the payment select no longer work and are non-responsive. Oddly we ONLY use the CDN for images no CSS or JS are delivered from there. Along with PayPal we also take Stripe. When I turn off PayPal as a payment method it all works again fine.

    The fact that it blocks those bottom sections makes me believe a js has failed.

    Our whole site is already HTTPS and the CDN uses our own certificate and forces HTTPS. I’ll look to see if this is something going on.

    @dpitzer, Since you say the checkout page becomes partially grayed out when your CDN is enabled I would assume your conflict lies there. Have you confirmed that everything runs fine if you leave the CDN disabled? Sounds like you just need to configure it to work with WooCommerce specifically..??
