Check Payments Duplicated In Spreadsheets

The plugin is working great overall, but when we download the csv files, or view them at the bottom of the product page, all the orders paid by check are duplicated. Each has a different order number on the spreadsheet. So when a customer actually ordered 1 item, it shows as two orders for the same item in Product Customer List. But when you look in WooCommerce=>Orders, the orders paid by check display correctly, with only one order appearing. Any idea what might be happening? Thank you!

It is very strange!

It happens when we record a check payment as completed as well. I’m stumped! Any ideas would be much appreciated!
