On your site, it looks like you’re using the MailPoet form editor to make your signup form. To make a checkbox with a link to your Privacy Policy, just follow these steps:
1. Click to add a new block and choose Custom Fields.
2. Select create a Custom Field and choose Checkbox.
3. Add a field name and add the link to the Privacy Policy page by using html anchor link tags, “Link to Privacy Policy“. Click “Create” to create the custom field.
4. Click Update to finish editing the form.
