Checkbox Alignment

I’ve really had trouble getting my checkboxes to do both horizontal and vertical alignment. I’ve found on other threads that
span.wpcf7-list-item { display: block; }will make the checkboxes ALL go vertical… but what if I want some horizontal? Can anyone help with that please?Thank you
