Checkbox at checkout with BLOCKS

    I am using the checkout Blocks of woocommerce.
    I would like to add two (pre selected) checkboxes, one is at the top of the checkout, below the email field. I would like to show the option to “use the email for marketing purposes”
    And at the bottom the checkbox “I agree to the ToS”
