    Seems to be a bug when a checkbox on the product page is not checked (but is set to Mandatory in the settings, still allows the product to be added to the cart.
    It shows the relevant error message but doesn’t stop the Add To Cart.

    Thanks for choosing PPOM!

    I am not able to replicate this behaviour on my test instance. If I add a checkbox and set it as required, I can’t add the product to cart if that checkbox is not selected. If you still encounter the issue, please provide us the URL to a page where it can be seen.

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, please can you have a look at this page [havana-salsa.co.uk / events / studio-25] it’s the Whatsapp Group choice (sorry I said checkbox, it’s actually radio buttons).

    Thanks for providing the link! I can see the issue on your site, but on my test instance it still doesn’t occur with the same configuration as yours. Could you please back up your site, switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and check if the issue persists? This way, we’ll check if it’s a conflict with the theme that’s causing this behaviour on your end.
