Checkbox doesn’t saving – Custom fields and task templatessk

Hi,
I created checkbox custom fields but when I add it to my task template but it saves every custom fields but not checkboxes.

When I want to edit again template there are no checkboxes.

And another question:
Is it possible to make specified user can see only projects and its tasks which the user is assigned to ? For example user sees projects of which is a member but nothing anymore like amount of projects, category names etc.
