@buzztone: I was completely taken aback by the rudeness of your response when I saw it this morning.
I can’t tell much from your profile except that 1) you have not been designated by www.ads-software.com to be the “comment police” and monitor people’s “manners” on the support forum; and 2) you are selling an expensive plugin that adds pre-designed skins to CS7 forms, so you’re probably trolling for business.
It makes no sense for each of us — myself, @mrl4n & @timkjr — to set up and post a different thread for the same problem. Hence, the FORUM format. If a bunch of people chime in and say “Yes, I’m having that problem too,” then the plugin developer can see that this is an escalating issue, and knows that it’s appearing across multiple sites and platforms. Since we just had a WordPress update and all these posts have come within one week, it’s possible there’s something in the update that’s conflicting with the buttons.
Let’s say we’ve all posted separately. @mrl4n said he’s searching for a solution. Let’s say he figures this out. So is he supposed to search and find ALL the posts related to this, and post his solution? It makes more sense for him to come back to this page and post it here, where three other people can benefit from his answer.
I have posted many questions, and received many answers, on threads where several people were having the same problem. This is the first time I have been rudely attacked for it. Rather than playing “comment police,” I suggest you find another way to promote your business and occupy your time. From what I can see in your profile, you are not an authorized WordPress moderator and you are out of line.
In the meantime, I’m off to figure out an actual SOLUTION that will let me — and hopefully others — accomplish something.
