  • Hi there @johnregalado007,

When we test your signup form it appears that a dynamic display none is set on the error to hide it from showing.

We believe this to be related directly to the theme. To check the theory, can you try activating the Twenty Nintenteen theme just to try the form and see if the error loads? If it does, then we can look more into the theme you want to use.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the response just give me a moment to review my template and will try that option that you gave, but I don’t think its on the theme because the email and name are showing the error field fine but not on the checkbox,

Also its showing on the popup which means the form on the popup are good but those page and the popup form has the same shortcode, same form and same layout and format

    Thanks,
