Checkbox in contact form

    Hello,
    in a contact form form 7 I need to have two checkboxes before sending the email.

    A “consent” if flagged send the mail, the other “I do not agree” if flagged does not send the email and must appear a message that warns that you have to consent.

    It can be done? Such as?

    but when you activate a checkbox, the other should not be able to activate.

    Hello Dega,

    I think you should use a radio button for that. Or maybe, only 1 checkbox agreeing with consent and if left unchecked. Then they will be prompted for a message.

    For radio button:

    [radio your-consent default:1 “I agree” “I don’t agree”]

    Hi @jovypinoy,
    the radio buttons are fine but if the user selects “I don’t agree” the email must not start, the send button must not be enabled.
    It’s possible?
