Checkbox instead of radio button for the polls

At this moment Forminator doesn’t have this option in the Polls (this includes also the Pro version). However, we have had some requests for that feature and we’re planning to add this in the future. I will add your ticket as a vote towards this on the task we have.

You can use a Form for this purpose instead and use the Checkbox field or multiple checkbox Fields to allow users to select multiple answers. You can then use the wpDataTables integration to create a chart to be displayed after voting: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wpdatatables-forminator/
