Checkbox is not visible at the checkout page

Hello,

I double checked all settings and checkbox should appear at the checkout page – but it’s not.

I’m using wordpress + woocommerce + elementor pro so probably elementor overwrite the checkout page template and remove the checkbox.

Do anyone had same issue – please help where to dig?
