checkbox label front end does not translate

  • when using WPML I translate the 2 items involved in the default gift wrap message which are “Gift wrap this item for %s?” and “free”
    These combine to make the message in English on the front end next to the checkbox “Gift wrap this item for free?”
    But when I look at the French version of the site although both are translated I only get “free” translated…
    “Gift wrap this item for gratuitement?”

    This was fixed in conjunction with WPML developer support. I received the beta and tested. Thanks! Please add the change to a new official release
