Checkbox Missing – Gravity Forms Integration

    Hi,

    I’ve added the ‘Mailchimp for WordPress’ field to my Gravity Forms form but no checkbox is being displayed, only the label is visible. If I inspect the label in dev tools I can see that no checkbox input field is there. I’m running Gravity Forms 2.3.6 and WP 5.2.2. Is there something in the configuration I may have missed?
