checkbox not displayed & newsletter won’t start

It seems that the check box is not displayed when logged in as administrator.

Checkobx NOT displayed even when logged in as a non-administrator (e.g. subscriber, customer)

Hi @itelltao, All wp users are add as mailpoet3 subscriber by default. So, this checkbox will not display for “already” subscribed user. Besides you can’t remove that user from “WordPress Users” list of mailpoet, mailpoet don’t allow to.

Whatever, we will try to integrate this extra feature, which will allow to display list checkbox to logged in user too.

Hi @tamimibrahim17, I tried purchasing a woocommerce product on my website as a non-logged-in user. But the newsletter did not start automatically. I had to manually update the user role to start the newsletter.

That doesn’t make sense to me. Even. if a user is a wordpress user and logged it, there are multiple newsletters/lists which they may not be members of. Therefore it should display this option unless they are already a member of that specific newsletter/list.
In my case the users I have tested are not members of the list in question, so they should have option displayed.

Yes, is this going to be added? Makes no sense right now.

Please show anytime the user is not already a subscriber of the selected list or lists.

We will accomplish this additional feature in the next version, which will accommodate checkboxes to logged in user.
