Checkbox option not working in WordPress themes

    Hi,
    Can’t get the checkbox option to work in WordPress.
    Using the default contact form that comes setup with Contact Form 7 and adding the code for checkbox. Although the labels display the checkbox does not.
    Thanks in advance.

    I think this Is now resolved. It needed options adding in the options field in order for the checkbox to appear.
