Checkbox status not on receipt

Hi Steffo991, no you’re not being stupid. It’s probably the Plugin. Is it a Billing/Shipping/Additional field, what type of field is it? Whatever you can provide to help me reproduce and resolve this issue and get it into the Plugin update

It’s a billing field, and it’s basically a checkbox to let me know if the customer wants a certain extra service at no extra price. So it’s not a required field.

I’ve got the 2.0.3 Plugin update just about ready so once I’ve got the file upload issue sorted will look at the e-mail receipt and release it to the wild ??

I also need this solution. I have a new checkbox under Additional and need to know if the customer checked it with I get their order. Currently I just get the name of the field. It would also be nice if a site owner can decide what string to use for “checked” and “unchecked”. In my case, I need to know if the customer wants a feature “enabled” or “disabled” on a virtual product…. thanks! Great plugin – solve this issue and I will post a most favourable review ??

Hi Paul Scollon, that sounds like review extortion but I know what you mean ??

This topic is a few weeks old and the fixes for checkbox’s have been applied in the 2.0.7 Plugin update that was released 3 days ago.

Regarding your request for control over what value is set for the Checkbox value attribute open a new support topic and we can look at this together ??
