  • This is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

Check out this thread https://stackoverflow.com/questions/19206919/how-to-create-checkbox-inside-dropdown?? – to show the selected/checked option in your email, you can add a name attribute to HTML tag and add the shortcode in the mail section of CF7

    Hi,

do i have to atend to a special post in this thread? Can you please help me a bit more? My skills are not very good, but I have to do this thing.

I think the first answer on the thread would help. But once again you need to be skilled at WordPress development using jQuery to be able to do this.

    Hi,

i copied the css-code (of the first answer) within the wordpress editor to the style.css and the Markup and script code to my site, but it’s not working. The dropdown is shown but i can’t expand it. What do i have to do to get it working?
