Checkboxes not showing!

    We have the paid version of HappyForms; the latest version is installed. When creating a new form today with checkboxes, no matter if we use the Matrix or Checkbox format in the Build tab, no checkboxes show in the form… just the text. GeneratePress Pro is our theme.

    Please help ASAP — As you can see, I’ve worked around it for now by instructing people to enter the checkbox item number, but that’s really lame and prone to user errors!

    Bummer! Sorry we missed your question right before the weekend.

    To help us suss our what’s going on, would you please create a test form with checkboxes on a test page and share this with us? We’ll then dive into the code and see what’s causing this.
