    i tried next style:
    span.wpcf7-list-item { display: block; }

    but label and checkbox place to another line

    your link does not work.

    However, I don’t understand how you can have checkboxes on a separate line and their label on the same line? That makes not sense. If you do not need labels, then simply hide them in addition to your css rule above.
