Checkboxes only working on last page/step of multistep

    Hi,

    We have a 6 page, multi step form with checkboxes.

    When the form is submitted and you recieve the mail, all the checkboxes on the first 5 pages output the checkbox tag:

    Which type of work: [checkbox-worktype]

    But the last page the output of the checkboxes is as you would expect, the actual values:

    Have you made an application to Connect 2 Flexicare before?: YES

    Trying to fugure this out but stuck at the minute.

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for the great description and link. It looks like there was an issue in the Pro version only. Please update to the newest version that released just now. If you have any further issues with the Pro version please contact me at support @ webheadcoder.com.
