checking for malware in plugins

    Hi, I’ve downloaded some plugins from forums/github in the past, i’d like to check my shop if there are no malware files left. can this plugin help me? thanks

  • The plugin uses Sucuri’s SiteCheck to scan your website.

    Unfortunately, the scanner only has access to what’s visible on the browser level, it will not detect anything on the server-side. To get a deep scan on the server-side, you will need the premium version to setup a server-side scanner to check for malware.
