  • Do you mean that the links are in the theme header, e.g. in a navigation menu of some kind? At the moment, BLC can only check links in content or comments. This is because it doesn’t crawl your site – instead, it uses WP APIs to look at posts/custom fields/etc in the database.

    is there a way to add such URLs to be checked though?

    Sorry, not with this plugin. I guess you could check them with an online link checker of some kind. For example:
    https://validator.w3.org/
