    Hello,

I made a memebership website with a front-end login form. But I have noticed that this plugin forwards users to a white page for x seconds with the message “checking your browser before accessing …” and then redirects the user to the site/wp-login.php. Which is something we do not want, because the user has to log in twice now.

We confirmed it is this plugin, by deactivating it, this issue was gone. We have looked for settings in the plugin to deactivate this extra step when loggin in. But we do not seem to find a setting.

PS: this is when you try and login after clearing cache/session. So if a user logs in and logs out, then logs in again, this is not the case. But if a user logs in intervals of days, the user will always need to log in twice.

Could you maybe help us please?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @monkeydluffy,

Most likely, another plugin interferes with our plugin and creates this issue for you.

Do you use any caching plugins? If so, could you please exclude the login page created with our shortcode from caching and check if the issue still persists?

    Hello @madalinaruzsa,

You are completely right. My apologies, I thought it was this plugin because it stopped after disabling this plugin. But now it happens again. I disabled all plugins except for elementor and it is still happening. Thank you!
