Checkins per ticket for multi day festival

  • Hi,

    We are organizing a festival for 4 days. We will have one day ticket and a ticket for 4 days. 4 days tickets will have some discount.
    Now we can make a new ticket type for 4 days and setup the dates when the ticket is valid. But we can only choose a number for the how many checkins are allowed per ticket. It will be 4 for 4day ticket, but we want chekins for 1 time each day. With this solution customer can checkin 4 times in 1 day and no more other days.

    Is there a other way to sell one ticket for multiple days and let checkin each day 1 time.

    Hi there,

    I’m afraid there’s currently no possibility to limit the number of check-ins on per-day basis. However, I’ve spoken with our developers about this and got the word that they are working on this so I expect this option to be available with the next update of Tickera.

    Hi there,

    Our developers told that they expect this to be implemented during next week. Now, before the release, it will take some time to test everything so I believe the next update will be released approximately within next two weeks or so.
