Checkmarks not displaying in PDF

I did and resubmitted it, but the checkboxes still don’t display if they are checked. Here is the results of the PDF which I is not correct: https://prestigecompanionsandhomemakers.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/timesheet-6492fa17650ae-1.pdf. The formatting is WAY off and it’s showing the CF7 code instead of the data in the fields.

How do I accomplish this?

We have a Problem with Checkboxes/Radioboxes as well. The PDF grabs some Checkbox options correctly from the form and displays them in the PDF but other options it won’t show them in the PDF.

“Enable display data in the checkbox or radio buttons of your PDF file” will just show all available options (even those that are hidden in the form) but not which is marked. We also dont want to show all options since some are supposed to be hidden.

I want to thank you very much for DOING NOTHING! You know how long I’ve waited for a response – let alone an answer to this problem?! I’ve had to seek out another developer to customize a plugin for me to produce the results I need because of your arrogance and ignorance! yeah, I’m p*ssed off right now and your incompetency will be noted!

I do my best to fix bugs and improve it in my spare time.

Sorry if I don’t answer enough for you. You’re right to look for another developer. Don’t waste your time.

It’s certainly not by insulting me that the answers will come faster. Quite the contrary, in fact.

Now you can uninstall my plugin and look for another one with free or paid support.

So, I’ll take a look at your problem and try to solve it for other users.

Thanks for your answer. I downloaded the ZIP file of your GitHub version but wordpress was not able to install it. It responds that the link is expired..

I have tested a bit more. The PDF will only show checked Checkboxes and Radiobuttons when it’s content has at least once a “/” between two words like “word/word” or something like “%” after a number like “50%” in it. Sounds totally random but only then content from a checked Checkbox/Radiobutton is shown in the PDF.

Test : [checkbox choose use_label_element “Gris / Marron” “Vert / Jaune” “Noir / Blanc”]

And

Mix : [checkbox* choixmix use_label_element exclusive “50%” “30%” “10%”]

It’s working fine. Have tested my GitHub version?
