Do you have a URL to look at? Are you seeing any obvious errors? Have you set the correct page under WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout and does the checkout page contain the checkout shortcode?

I’m having a very similar problem too. A few things I have tried:
– disabled plugins
– changed theme to 2016
– deleted cart page and then recreated it
– Woo>Settings>Cart pages checked

Checkout page does work for me, however the Cart page does not.

Yes, There was a setting in AVADA WooCommerce that I overlooked…
