Hi there!

This type of issue is often caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme, and in lieu of more info, I’d suggest the following.

To start with, visit the Self Service Guide and nix the common issues:

Do a conflict test so that only WooCommerce is enabled with a standard theme like Storefront. Then one-by-one reactivate the everything else, testing after each step, until you identify the culprit:

If the issue continues even after the actions above, reply with a link to your site, and include a System Status Report. To find it, go to WooCommerce ? Status, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Then paste it here in your response.

As stated, I have tried disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and running a default WordPress theme (2017 TwentySeventeen), and I still get a completely blank page.

I’m also running the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce on PHP 7.3

Hey @stuartgre,

On the checkout page of WooCommerce make sure you have the shortcode of present within its content. If this was not present that would cause a blank page to display.

Hey @stuartduff, I can confirm its there, it’s weird because it completely disables the Elementor header/footer and well everything really, strange that all the other WooCommerce pages are working though :S

I’ve also just created a brand new page which worked fine, with some basic text in, then I saved with [woocommerce_checkout] and it broke, just to confirm it’s definitely this shortcode

Perhaps there’s a PHP error on that page, let’s see if the logging caught it.

To find the generated logs:

1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the fatal error log that you need, then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
3. Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response so we can take a look.

I just see test-log.log and when I click view it’s empty, also there are no others in the dropdown :/

Looking at the site you referenced within your Status Report https://www.theshareshop.co.uk I was able to add a product to cart and proceed to the checkout page.

It seems like you may have this resolved now from what I’m seeing as the content of the checkout page is now loading.
