Checkout bug – click on "proceed" but nothing happens

  • WPEC version 3.8.13.3

    1. I add items to my cart
    2. make the API call to USPS and get my shipping options (although i have a couple topics on this shipping module i should start).
    3. I’m shown a total price and a green “Proceed” button that should be taking me to products-page/checkout/#checkout-step-2 but nothing happens when it is clicked.

    This problem started when I upgraded to this version of WPEC. Any clues?
