A client who uses your plug-in is having an issue with customers purchasing tickets. The “Get Tickets” button is visible before adding tickets to their cart, but as soon as one or more tickets are added, the button is transparent. They can see it if they hover over it, but it is very confusing to most of their customers. I’m trying to track down the cause of the problem and not sure where this style rule is getting applied. I can see there is a style rule of background: transparent; applied to the class

    “.entry .entry-content .event-tickets .tribe-tickets__attendee__fields__footer_checkout-button,.entry .entry-content .event-tickets .tribe-tickets__tickets-buy,.event-tickets .tribe-tickets__attendee__fields__footer_checkout-button,.event-tickets .tribe-tickets__tickets-buy

Is this correct? I don’t see any settings in the plug-in’s back end where I can change this behavior.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Edit: in order to get the client’s ticket system working for their customers, I had to add some custom styles to the theme to overwrite the styles from the Event Tickets plug-in. Thus, if you view the page I referenced in this query, you won’t see the transparent button as it was appearing initially.

    Hi @earmsbyhpc ,

Thank you for reaching out and for the update.

Glad to hear you were able to find a way around the issue. I am unable to properly diagnose the issue now, but I suspect it is being caused by a styling conflict with the theme or a third-party plugin.

Anyway, I’d be closing this thread for now, but please do not hesitate to bump a new thread on our way if you have further questions/concerns. This is for us to track down topics/issues efficiently and for us to follow the WordPress Forum
