I’d suggest running a conflict test. Begin by temporarily changing the site theme to Storefront, and then deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce, and the WooCommerce Payments. Next, check to see if the issue still occurs. If it doesn’t, this indicates that a conflict was impacting the site. You can now revert your theme back to the original and gradually reactivate the other plugins, checking after each reactivation until you identify the source of the problem.
