Checkout Custom Fields Do Not Appear in Report

  • Dear Support,

    I just bought your plugin and happy with the Checkout Custom Fields.
    One problem is the custom fields (order_wcj_checkout_field_1 & order_wcj_checkout_field_2) are not included in the exported file.
    I really need the data appear in the report because we process the order from downloaded file.
    Please advise how to make it appear in the report.

    Dear Tom,

    I am currently using Order/Customer CSV Export plugin, but it’s fine if you make it works with any free plugin as long as can export order data and custom fields data. Or probably you can officially add the feature to Booster for WooCommerce.
    Please let me know if you need the plugin, i will send you for your better investigation.

    Not sure about the plugin you mention agusbagus, but this works with my Booster-for-Woocommerce plug-in

    Booster settings > email and miscs > export
    Export Module Options > Enable
    Export Orders Options >
    Field #1 > Enabled
    title > Player Name
    type > Order Shortcode
    value > [wcj_order_checkout_field field_id=”order_wcj_checkout_field_1″]
