Hi, I have an issue with checkout with my page.
(I’m also a bit new to this! So thanks in advance!)

I set up a page for a client that you can add items to cart (all items are priced $0, see below for background context) to order. You can view items in cart and proceed to checkout.
When checking out, we did not use the standard woocommerce checkout page because the client and website does not 1) require users to have an account; 2) these are items that can be ordered and does not require billing the customer; 3) there is no shipping fee or taxes associated either. It’s just an order form for requesting samples to professionals in the trade industry. This is how the client wants it.

So in lieu of the standard checkout page that requires billing/credit card info, we created a checkout custom form via WP Forms and inserted that as the checkout page. Once you “submit request” at the end of checkout page, it sends the Checkout Form (shipping info) to the client BUT it does not include the actual order that’s in the cart.
In addition, the cart will not reset to zero, so I assume that it is not catching that it is submitting an actual order.

    1) Does anyone know how to fix this so that the checkout order will not only submit the WP form but also include the ordered items?

    2) I assume resolving #1 will resolve this #2 but why will the cart not return to 0?

You can see the website at https://www.e.yoma.com/checkout (or at the cart page: https://www.e.yoma.com/cart).

We do not have WP installed but rather we are just creating this via browser via WordPress/Bold Grid and using Woocommerce and Elementor Pro.

Please let me know, I have searched high and low for this topic but given our specific setup, I can’t find the right answer. Many many thanks.
