  • Hello @msabolik

I’m not able to recreate the issue on my test environment and your site is password protected. Could you send us temporary access to support [at] jigoshop.com for verification?

    Hello @megawebmaster

I have sent the temporary access to the provided email.

    Hello @msabolik

Your issue was caused by how WordPress HTTPS works – it secures only selected pages (in this case – checkout) whereas AJAX endpoint in WordPress (/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) is not secured. By default browsers do not allow to fetch unsecured content (sent without SSL) on secured pages and this was causing your error.

The simplest solution – enable HTTPS on admin, already did it for you.

    Hello @megawebmaster,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I have a problem to log in the admin panel if HTTPS is enabled on admin. I think the plugin Theme My Login creates a redirect loop when admin is in HTTPS.

    Hello @msabolik

This is weird – I was able to log in without problems.

    Hi @msabolik,

Please try to login in private mode/removing cookies/CTRL F5 few times and let us know if it helps.
