Checkout doesn’t display on mobile (elementor)

    Hi,

    Hopefully you can help with this. I thought I’d got everything working, but just checked on mobile & when I go to checkout the checkout widget just doesn’t load, there’s no error message or anything, just a page with my header & footer but nothing in between.

    It works fine on desktop, but nothing on mobile. I thought maybe i’d got it switched off on mobile on elementor’s ‘responsive’ toggle, but it’s definitely switched on. I’ve tried disabling all plugins & then the checkout appears (but with no real formatting & it’s not multi-step) but as soon as I re-activate elementor it stops working again.

    Hello,

    the top most element (or its inner section) on the checkout page has the “Advanced -> Responsive -> Hide on Mobile” option enabled. The option is not enabled on the checkout element directly, but on a higher element.

    If you don’t find the element, then you can delete all elements on the page and start again. Alternatively, you can create a new page with the checkout widget and set the page to be a checkout page on the “WP Admin -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> Checkout page” option.

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, that’s great service.

    I can’t see which element it would be, i’ve opened the navigator panel & the top element on the page seem to be the section holding the checkout element, i’ve just checked that & it doesn’t look like it’s hidden on mobile.

    I’ll try creating a new page though, thanks again
