    Hi loushou,

Just getting ready to launch a new site.

Quick question re/ the Checkout page. It shows the fields under “Billing Details” which are all empty, except for the preset “Country” field. That’s fine. But in the Email Address field, it is showing the email address that I use as admin contact for the WP site. Where is it drawing that bit of data from? I don’t see any option setting in OpenTickets Settings area (General or Front End tabs) that relate to this. Nor do I see it in the WooComm > Settings > Checkout > PayPal or PayPal Express Checkout options, or the Checkout > Email sections. As best I can figure, it’s coming from WP > Settings > Email section.

Is there a way to have this be simply empty, like all of the other Checkout fields under Billing Details. I know that at some point, someone is going to leave it in there and I’ll be getting emails re/ their purchase, and then I’ll be getting emails through the Contact form that they didn’t receive an email, or something along those lines. Instead of it showing “info @ mydomain.com“, maybe a field value/option could be set up that simply says “you @ your email.???” Or better yet, just leave it empty like the “Phone” field right next to it.

Otherwise, so far so good. Hoping to launch tomorrow mid-morning after testing.

You may disregard this one. It was because I was logged into WP as admin at the same time, so it was picking up the data from there. When I log out of WP and visit the site, the field is empty.

Funny how you wrack your brain for so long trying to figure something out, and then discover the answer completely by accident in 5 seconds. (Hand to forehead … “Of couuuuurse” … d’oh!) heh

Glad to hear you figured it out @vunderbar. Going to close this one out.
