    Hey there!

Without seeing your site, or knowing how you are modifying checkout, or with what, I would say that there’s a good chance that error is from modifying the checkout, yes.

I would recommend checking with that plugin removed and see what happens.

It’s been a long time since I uninstalled the plugin. I think I deleted all its remnants, but I don’t know if this is my problem. my website address is https://www.granbazaarist.com

Hi @tayfunkazanci – It doesn’t look like that URL is accessible: https://d.pr/i/LLigaJ
Can you let us know when that’s back up and running?

OK, that looks accessible now, thanks!

I took a look at this and don’t see anything standing out as an issue, so let’s go ahead with conflict testing.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I tried all of them and at the same time I replaced my plugins with alternative and paid versions.

I just migrated to your plugin. If you want, let’s wait a bit and talk about the created logs.

As far as I’ve seen, yours is the best logging plugin. I think there will be a result.
