Checkout error

Using Woocommerce. In the checkout the customer is being asked to enter shipping details that have already been entered correctly.
“Shipping first name is a required field. Shipping last name is a required field. Shipping street address is a required field. Shipping suburb is a required field. Shipping postcode is a required field.”
They cannot make a purchase. This is an intermittent problem. I haven’t been able to replicate it. All plugins are up-to-date.
