    Hi there,

I’m not sure if anyone can help with this. A customer reached out and share that this WooCommerce error message appears when trying to process an order at the checkout stage.

Woo Support’s auto reply was to review the “date format” option under the WooCommerce > Settings > General Tab to ensure the date format selected is in a valid format but there is no date format option there. Not sure if this date format option lives somewhere else. The only place where we were able to find a Date format was at WordPress > Settings > General tab. It was at F j, Y that was then changed to the suggested format Y-m-d. The assumption is that Woo now uses WordPress date format setting to change this? Nevertheless, this update did not work after testing a couple of purchases. The error message still displays and orders aren’t processed.

Any help would be great. The build is on Elementor.

    Thanks in advance.

Update: We discovered that WooCommerce Anti Fraud was causing the issue. After disabling the plugin, orders started going through. We’ll be submitting a new ticket to Woo.
