    Hi!
We’re just building up this page and everything seems to work well, except selling tickets.
We tried all possible settings shown in the help, PayPal-Settings are ok too (twice refreshed), tried even the code snipped mentioned in another post here, but everytime you try to buy a ticket there are 3 big black circles on the checkout page and it is written
    Checkout Error!
    Something went wrong!
But beyond this the PayPal-Options are displayed.
    We’re using WP 5.8.2, PHP 8.0.12

https://autorenontour.de/events (Only 1 event there for testing)
    What can we do?
    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lordfrank,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.

We’ve released a new version with a fix for that issue, this past week. The version with the fix is 5.2.1.

Are you running that version? Or the previous one?

    Best,
    Juan.

    Hi @juanfra ,
    Hope you’re well too.
We are running version 5.2.1. and The Events Calender version 5.11.0
Theme: Evolve Plus, Version: 3.0.2 (latest)
We tested also other themes like twenty twenty, but the result is all the same.

    Best,
    Frank

    Hi @lordfrank,

    Thanks for the follow-up!

I’ve been checking your site and I can see that the assets for the checkout page are not being loaded. There are no styles and the JavaScript is also not there.

Have you tested for conflicts with other plugins? If you’re a license holder of any of our add-ons, feel free to create a support ticket at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/

    Best,
    Juan.

    Hi @juanfra,
do you think that it would make sense to
    install the plugin again?

    Hi @lordfrank,

    Thanks for the prompt response.

That can be a good attempt, I’d do it with the latest ET version.

Although, I guess that the best way to find out the source of the problem could be deactivating plugin by plugin and see which one is causing the problem. Normally there are some optimization/minification plugins that can cause these types of issues.

    Best,
    Juan.

    Hi @juanfra ,
    we’ll try!
We don’t use otimization or minification tools.

    Have a nice day

    Have a fantastic day,

I’m having this same problem. Three huge black dots stacked in a column, with the same error message. I’m using 5.3.4.1

    @cresor
Only solution for us was to change to another plugin.
We couldn’t get it working with this one.
I regret, that I can’t tell you which plugin we took, because it’s been a colleges Ticket-Shop which is closed down by now…
