Checkout Errors

  • I receive a 500 internal server error on the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php whenever attempting to Place an Order. It will cause the checkout to hang with an endless spinner.

    A refresh of the page will seem to find the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=woocommerce_checkout and process. But this isn’t an ideal way to run things.

    I have attempted every fix out there, including deactivating ALL Plugins and using the default themes. I still have the issue. I am running on a Multisite Install. Everything is fully updated.

  • You are not alone Nalessandro! I am experiencing the exact same issue. Someone from Woocommerce support is (hopefully!) working on a test site that I have and will have some insight soon!
