On the checkout page, if an error is done while filling up the checkout page fields (for example invalid email format, existing user details added), stripe payment gateway does not see those errors and payment pop up comes up to the payment and shows successful payment (if valid card details are given). Only after this, the woocommerce errors are shown (example, invalid email id, user already exists etc).

Can someone please help me and show how to restrict the payment pop up until all the errors on checkout fields are sorted out ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @hirumani,

Please update to the latest version of the plugin which is SCA compliant. From now onwards, Stripe doesn’t support pop-up modal checkout.

I am really not sure if I am posting this in the correct space, however, I need some help with a Stripe processing error.

We integrated Stripe and our customer placed an order for 624.000 VND, the invoice and our back-office displayed this amount correctly, however, the Stripe transaction showed 62,400.000VND and the customer was debited 62,400.000VND.

Any assistance in resolving this issue would be really appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hi @aliml56,

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have fixed the issue and released a new version. The error was due to an incompatibility with the VND currency.

    Please update the plugin.
