When I check the health of my Pinterest tag on their site, it says Unhealthy.

Further details show that I need to
“Add a Checkout event that fires when someone successfully buys something on your site.”

I saw a previous ticket where you suggested that they install the Pinterest Tag Helper Chrome Extension (which is now located at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pinterest-tag-helper/gmlcbajhgoaaegmlbaclmmmhpmfdajmp (the link you gave does not work)). I did this, but I don’t know what I’m looking for. No Checkout event was found, but no errors were found either.

I ran through a test purchase and waited a few days just to see if time was needed, but nothing has changed. Pinterest says that I still need to add a Checkout event.

@coldrealms65 I had to remmove the NextMove plugin and have not found a replacement “Thank You” page that I can customize and still maintain Pinterest functionality.

Hi, I have the same problem with Checkout. Pinterest Chrome extension tells me my events are working well. I have no thank you page. I waited almost 2 weeks to give time Pinterest to review my tags and still unhealthy, I am not sure what to do.
Thanks for your time to check my issues.

Hi! I am having the same issue like,
    Checkout
Add a Checkout event that fires when someone successfully buys something on your site.
    Product ID
Make sure you are including Product IDs in your Checkout events. A Product ID can be any format that you choose as long as it matches the format used by your Catalog.
    Value
This should be the total value of the completed order, without commas, currency symbols. Tax or shipping should not be included. For example, if a user completes checkout for a 10 USD item and a 12 USD item, Value would be 22. Example values: 1000, 100.50, 10000.00.
    Currency
If you choose to include Currency with your Checkout events, make sure you follow the ISO 4217 format. If left blank, this will default to your Pinterest billing currency. Example Values: USD, GBP, CAD, EUR

Please suggest me the solution. My website which I want to connect with pinterest is,

Order ID, Value, Order Quantity, Currency, Product ID, Product Name, Product Price, Product Quantity, Product Category.

    Let me know.

    Best,
    Christian
