    Hi
    After last weeks update of WooCommerce people can’t place any order in our shop anylonger because on checkout everything about payment is faded out.

    Show the basket works fine, but when you then click on to check out, then everything about payment is faded out and you can not proceed to payment.

    Any good idea what have happen here?

  • Check your browser console, there seem to be lots of JavaScript errors, which could possibly be blocking the rendering of the other div containing your payment method

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi

    Did the disable thing and in the end the plugin called “Speed Booster Pack” seems to be the problem and no longer is compatible with the last version of WooCommerce ??
