Checkout Fields Plugin – adding field to email

Hi,

Could some one tell me how I can add a custom added checkout field using the JigoShop Checkout Fields plugin to the notification email for admins.

I thought it might just work by just adding a shortcode with the field name (in this case [how_did_you_find]) to the email template but it’s not working.
